What is Shop Pulse?

Shop Pulse is your one-stop website for everything that's new in. We deliver live updates of the latest products to hit a huge range of designer and high street stores. Be the first to know what's just in and get it before it sells out.

Is Shop Pulse an online retailer?

No, Shop Pulse isn't a retailer - we don't sell any of the products that are on our site. We provide updates of the latest products to hit our partner sites and bring everything to one place to make shopping easier. When you click on a product Shop Pulse redirects you to the retailer's own website. Any concerns with transactions made through Shop Pulse should go straight to the retailer.

Why doesn't Shop Pulse have any smaller, 
 independant stores?

We love small, independant boutiques and designers but unfortunately we cannot include them on Shop Pulse. The reason for this is that the volume of products coming in everyday from our larger retailers would swamp smaller stores. Usually there are between 200-600 new products each day on Shop Pulse so stores which only release new products once each season would be difficult to search for. If you have a store which you would like to see on Shop Pulse then please get in touch and we will see what we can do!

Does Shop Pulse do menswear?

We are working on a menswear section for Shop Pulse and hope to launch by winter 2010. If you would like to be invited to try Shop Pulse menswear before anyone else then sign up to our launch list here.
